Welcome to my small spot in the universe.
Through pictures and a few words, I hope to communicate to others the blessings we receive, even in the smallest every day things around us.

Pink Saturday

Sweet Brayden
Thanks To Ms. Beverly for hosting Pink Saturday.
http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/

My pink for today..
These dishes with (as usual) pink roses.
I actually got these through the grocery store,
they have sales on dishes sometimes.
I love them..they are my "company'  dishes!

I have shown the next two pieces before..
But if it is worth looking at once,
It is worth looking at twice....right?

This one is very old..I chipped it and glued it back.
I keep it because I love it!
It originally belonged to a Great Aunt,
and came to me by way of my Sister.

This one came from a yard sale.
It is an old piece also/

They look like they belong together.

Thanks for looking at my Pinks this week.
It is fun doing this,
and I find so many beautiful blogs!
What wonderful, creative people.
God bless each and every one!

Being a "traditionalist" by nature,
My favorite Christmas song is "Silent Night."

Christmas Card for today.

Happy Saturday!
Love,
Shirley

All of your dishes with pink roses are so pretty. I have a hard time passing us such pretty pieces.

  2. I certainly do not need dishes, but love all of them. They are making so many lovely ones now. However, I still like a lot of the older patterns. Yours are very pretty.

  3. I love the rose pattern on the little gravy boat/creamer? I am a dishaholic and although I do not need any more dishes I still love looking at the many different patterns. Merry Christmas, Shirley,
