  4. Happy New Year Shirley, I love the verse inside the wreath. Lovely way to start the new year. I believe there are two types of photographers: ones that capture with their brain, others with their hearts. I am a heart photographer. My hubby is the brain, hehe. It has always amazed me that we can stand at the exact same place and our photos are so different. He frames a shot perfectly, abides by all the photographic "rules" and comes out with a beautiful shot. Me, I can see beauty where no one ever does. Seriously! I get restless with "rules" in my head when I "see" with my heart. My hubby does not have the vision (although his heart is beautiful and so very open in other respects, but he does not LOVE photography as I do. I truly believe that a point and shoot camera can produce a photo filled with heart just as easily as the expensive SLR's. Keep shooting, I love your photography. I love your heart! Happy New Year again.
