Faded Petals

I couldn't decide between these two pictures,
so I used both.
What a difference just a few days can make.
From bright and lovely to fading...
but there is also beauty in the fading .

  1. Gorgeous shots. I agree with you completely. I find such beauty in wilted and fallen petals. I'm always taking snapshots of them. These are very nice.

  2. You have done something here which I love to do....that is taking photos of rose petals after they have dried up and are falling off the stem. I think they make for fabulous images. Love how you changed the 2 captures. Both are really attractive. Cool idea and nice photography. genie

  8. Wonderful. I think dying/dead flowers have such a special beauty to them.
