Rose Display

Our local libraries have people display their work,
collections and hobbies. I was asked to display some of my hand made flowers.
This is one that will be displayed. I could not choose between the two pictures, so am using both.
These flowers are made from coffee filters and hand painted.
Of course there is lots of pink!
I make them to give out at nursing homes, or sometimes to family.
I consider this a ministry the Lord has allowed me to do, and I thank Him for it
Pink Saturday:

Happy pink (and green) Saturday.
Have a great week end.

  3. I am not sure what I should praise more ... the hand made roses or the display ... both done so perfectly. I think I will have to choose both. No option here. I also love the thought that goes behind them. Have a wonderful day.

  5. Shirley, Your display is stunning. I have seen handmade roses from coffee filters stained with tea, but never painted and your roses are beautiful! They look soft on my monitor. I thought they were either high quality silk or real. Wonderful job. How blessed the Lord is when you use your talents to inspire and bless others. Since I LOVE libraries I am so happy you are displaying your gifts there. The combination of the soft and rustic urn, the cupped hand is so full of texture I am blown away by both of these and could not pick one over the other either! Congratulations on being asked to contribute. Big blessings my friend.
