SPIRITUAL SUNDAY

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
which made heaven and earth.
Psalm 121:1-2
I am a Blue Ridge Mountain person-born and bred.
When I see the mountains.. I just feel better.
The mountains can calm my earthly mind, but only
The Spirit of God can calm the heart and the troubled soul.
When burdens grow heavy,  when days are dark and cold, and even faith grows weak, turn to The One who created the universe.
He will hear, and He can help when there is no other help.
He loves you!

    I just read yesterday that one translation for Shaddai is God of the Mountains. Maybe because it is someplace we can go, get away from it all and just find him. I also love it that He meets me where I love, too - that He is not just in the moutains. Lovely post. Simply Lovely!
