Giving Thanks

This is traditionally the month of Thanksgiving.

If I counted all the things I have to give thanks for, it would take me the rest of my life..however long that might be.

But it is good to be thankful for the small things too.

Like this fat white pumpkin. It made it through October without being carved into a Jack O Lantern!

Thankful for the roses still blooming in November.

Bluebirds!

And for all the sweet, sweet memories of growing up in the North Georgia mountains,

and the days gone by.

Busy Monday

Today will be busy.

Business to handle...and going to vote.

My husband is in a wheelchair, which makes it a bit harder...but it is doable.

I am thankful for the freedom and the ability to do it all.

God is good!

October Red

These beautiful red leaves are from 2014.

They are so bright and cheerful, I felt they were worth sharing again.

This carpet of reds and brown and yellow leaves makes my soul happy!
