Pink Saturday

Pink Saturday again!
Visit:
For lots of beautiful pink,
 and lots of beautiful posts.
There are so many great bloggers out there.

My pink for today:
Pink petunia.
I just love these flowers, and even with my "brown"thumb,
they are easy to grow.

Pink tree from earlier in the month.
My heart goes out to the victims of the tornadoes.
here in our part of the South.
Though our immediate area was spared,
there is much damage all around.
Let us remember to pray,
God is still in control...even in these times.

"I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you.
John 14:18

Have a great day, and blessings on all.
Love,
Shirley

  2. While I know it in my spirit, sometimes I just have to stop and say it out loud "He is in control" (and He knows what He's doing ) .. we have a friend who lost 23 extended family members in Alabama..I can not imagine. Thank you for your lovely reminders and sweet pinks. (())

  3. Your flowers are beautiful...I like to plant those too as they are easy to grow and maintain! I just finished reading a heartbreaking story about two families in the south. The grief is overwhelming...but I know God has his hand on each of them and I hope many find his peace through such a terrible time! Hope you have a lovely weekend and thank you so much for visiting my blog!

  4. I don't seem to have a "green" thumb except from my paint tubes! Loved your post today, remembering and praying for those with losses from the storms. Have a blessed day!

  5. I love petunias too. A simple classic bloom and easy to grow even here in hot SW FL.

    Happy PS!

  6. A very nice pink showing for today. I have some petunias and they are blooming like crazy. They are not pink like yours, but purple.
