In Memory

I lost a dear friend to cancer and heart problems in early June.
She was a widow, her estate has not been settled yet, so everything at her house is the same as when she was living.
She loved her flowers, and worked in them every day.
So,
I walk the short distance up the street , from my yard to hers, every morning and water the flowers in her yard.
The last thing I will ever be able to do for her on this earth.

I do not know what these white flowers are,but they are huge.
And they are so beautiful.

We will meet again!
Have a blessed day.
Love,
Shirley

  1. Hi Shirley,
These flowers are so beautiful and look proud of themselves. You water flowers in your friend and feel her every time. It's a beautiful story.
    Have a happy day!

I'm so sorry to hear about your dear friend. How nice of you to still walk over to her house and water her flowers. White flowers are so lovely to me.

    1. Thank you. I have learned that the white flowers are Moon Flowers. They close during the day and bloom early in the morning.
