My Pansy

The winter months seem dreary to me, so I always try to keep a few Pansies blooming

Needless to say, this year ,during the extreme cold, they froze.

Then...this little one came popping up again.

It's beautiful purple color makes me happy!

Bird and Buds

My camera has a huge zoom lens. This tree was a long way down the road from where I was standing,

 on my front porch.

You can see buds on the tree...and the bird seems happy to be sitting there...in the very top!
