Welcome to my small spot in the universe.
Through pictures and a few words, I hope to communicate to others the blessings we receive, even in the smallest every day things around us.
God is good!

Berries

My husband was in rehab for a few weeks..so I made many, many visits.
I took this picture outside the rehab center.
Don't know what it is..it looks kind of  like Christmas..in May!

Shirley

Majesty

Who could look at this sunset and doubt the majesty of God?
I have many sunset and sunrise pictures...so I am going to show some of them.
Someone might receive a blessing..as I do...from seeing them.
Have a great day.

Shirley

Friends

Friends are Heaven's  blessing.
Sometimes we have more than we think.
My husband has been in the hospital, and rehab for the last several weeks.
People have offered help in every way, from phone calls, visits, one neighbor came and planted the tomato and cucumber plants. And said he will keep everything weeded and watered.
The only way to repay this kind of friendship...pass it on!
I am thankful for my friends!
Have a blessed day.
Love,
Shirley

Purple

These are from a hanging basket on my porch
I put most of my flowers on the porch...it is much easier to water them there.
The color purple seems happy to me..we can all use a little happiness
in the present time!
But..
God is good, and He is ever merciful to His creation.

Shirley

Singing Birds

Birds are happy creatures.
They have to be happy, to spend so much time singing.
I love to watch.
Perhaps we could learn a lesson from the birds!
Have a great day.

Shirley

Amazing Grace

After weeks spent in the hospital and rehab, my husband is home!
Things can get back (almost) to normal.
As time goes by, and the body ages, we may have to face things we never expected.
But God's Grace is always there...to see us through the dark days.
Amazing Grace!
Love,
Shirley
