Welcome to my small spot in the universe.
Through pictures and a few words, I hope to communicate to others the blessings we receive, even in the smallest every day things around us.
God is good!

Beauty Any Time!

My husband has been ill..and is back in the rehab facility once again.
This has been a very trying Spring and summer for him....and for me.
He is doing somewhat better, and we are thankful for that.
These Black eyed Susan's are blooming in front of the building.
The Lord sends beauty even in bad times.
Even in sickness... and in health.
I love the Black Eyed Susan's!
Have a blessed day.
Love,
Shirley

Sunrise

I sat out on the  front deck in the very early morning and watched the sunrise.
It is amazing how it all changes moment by moment.
I wish my camera could capture the real beauty and color of God's artwork.
When compared to the vast Heavens above, man is very small.
I am blessed!
Have a blessed day.
Love,
Shirley

Butterfly

Butterflies..they lead a carefree life.
Or at least, it would seem that way.
Blessings!

Another Beauty

These beauties are growing in the garden spot.
Due to my husband's illness, we didn't plant much this year. So there is a lot of weeds and grass.
But we got a bonus anyway!
The Lord is never short on beauty...or love and mercy.
Have a blessed day.
Love,
Shirley

Beauty

In the middle of all the grass, and the dry, brown earth,
A tiny Zinnia found it's way.
There is beauty all around, even in dry, barren places.
Have a blessed day.

Shirley

Coming Along!

They are beginning to turn...just a tiny bit.
These were planted later than most people around here planted.
Still...good eating...when they are ripe.
I am thinking.... tomato sandwich!
Happy day!
Love,
Shirley
