Beautiful Blooms

The Crape myrtle trees are in bloom in our area.
This one is in my yard.
It was just a very small sprout when I planted it...44 years ago!

I never grow tired of these beautiful pink blooms.

They are Mom's old jars too.

Thankful

It has been awhile since I posted any thing on this blog.
Taking a bit of time to " stop and smell the roses'.
And being thankful for all the good things the Lord has allowed to come my way.
It is very hot and dry..still I love the month of July...my birthday month!
They seem to be coming more  frequently in the last few years!

The name of this candle scent is Peace.

I don't burn candles much in the summer time,but the word "peace" called to me.

Peace is a comforting word in these troubled times.
