Two hand painted jars with the same effect.

A lot of sparkle and shine that is not actually real.
Underneath, the same jars, just without all the artificial stuff.
There is a lesson in this.......

Corn

I found this picture taken a few years ago in the garden.

The corn had turned brown, the morning glories were blooming in all their glory.

We used to have a big garden every year, but my husband is no longer able to work outside.

We love fresh sweet corn, so this year I am hoping to get a few rows in by myself.

Life changes a lot when the years come on...but hopefully it will work.

We'll see...

Sunflowers and Jars

It has been awhile since I posted. Life became very hectic, and I just got tired!

But, I have "regrouped" and feel like starting again..I miss my blog.

It is a good thing for me, to be able to show my pictures, and talk about inspirational things.

 Hopefully, things that will be uplifting to others.

I have several of these Taster's Choice coffee jars.

They are a really pretty shape,

and my Granddaughter and I were wondering how to recycle them.

The sunflowers are silk...the design... Shirley.

I will be putting roses and other flowers on other jars...the ideas are endless.

They are just worth recycling!

Just pictures

I have posted a lot of Autumn pictures.

This solitary leaf was lying out in the yard. The color was pretty..so a picture.

Playing with the camera.

I added glitter to some clear Christma balls.

They turned out pretty,except you can see me with my camera!

Oh well....

There is always some thing beautiful to photograph..even when you are cooped up in the house.

And, Christmas is on the way!
