Although this has been a very wet summer in our area,
July has not been as hot as in other years,
so,
I have spent many hours on my front porch, in this old rocking chair.
Just sitting...and thinking..and dreaming.
But, as you can see..the life of this chair is almost over.
So,
Time to look for a new one.
There is still time to sit and rock...

DeleteOh Shirley, one of my best memories was rocking my kids in the rocking chair when they were little. I really miss that thing, and I have been wanting to get a new one, just like you. Sometimes I think we are kindred spirits. I just loved this post today.
